We are looking for scouts for our real estate investment business in Dubai.
Who is a scout?
A scout is a person who identifies real estate opportunities i.e. potential buyers and presents those leads to a real estate firm. In other terms, a property scout is essentially a business originator. Once a scout recognizes an opportunity, he or she brings that information to us, working as a conduit between the firm and the opportunity. So you would be a researcher, first point of contact. Once the client is interested, our real estate consultant would take over.
And Scouts DO get their share– this could be up to 20% of the commission–just for doing the connection. The scout-to-agent relationship is both balanced and symbiotic: a natural connector handing the information off to a team of people who are really, really good at getting the deal done.
Some background info on the Dubai real estate market:
Dubai is the hottest real estate market in the world right now, a city of the future, where demand surpasses supply and the new off-plan projects are flying off the shelf within days.
There are top apartments in iconic residential buildings such as Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co, the 116 floor tallest residential skyscraper in the world, starting from USD 2.3 mln, as well as good selection of apartments starting from USD 150k.
0% annual property tax and 0% tax on rental incomes provide an additional incentive.
It’s a great move to make for those who want to buy and resell, or buy to rent, or buy for themselves.
How much do I get paid?
This is commission based only (up to 20% of the commission), which means you are paid on results only, which also means the more you put into it, the more you get out of it.
Entry level properties start at 150.000 USD and your commission ranges from 0.5 to 1% of that value.
We pay every Friday via PayPal or bank wire.
